Developer Mode for JUP Mobile

Jup Mobile currently lacks developer-focused features like Devnet/Testnet cluster toggles or the ability to set custom RPC endpoints. This limits its usefulness for builders who want to test dApps or programs on-chain from their mobile devices.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a “Developer Mode” that includes:

• Cluster toggle (Mainnet, Devnet, Testnet)

• Custom RPC input field

• Optional debugging tools or logs (e.g. signed tx display)

Why it Matters:

• Empowers builders to test mobile dApps and flows directly from their device

• Reduces reliance on Phantom for development tasks

• Makes Jup Mobile the go-to tool not just for trading, but for building
