Notification Filtering by Amount

Currently, Jup Mobile pushes a notification for every incoming transaction, regardless of the amount. This results in a flood of spam notifications from micro-transfers (e.g., 0.00001 SOL), disrupting user experience and trust in the notification system.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users to set a minimum transaction amount threshold for notifications (e.g., only notify if transfer > 0.001 SOL), OR auto-filter common spam patterns.

Why it Matters:

• Protects users from notification spam

• Preserves signal-to-noise for real transfers

• Enhances perceived security and professionalism of the wallet
